All goods within New Zealand are shipped using tracked couriers on a 2-3 business day service (rural deliveries add 2 days)
We aim to ship your wholesale blank apparel within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure our stock levels are current, we do rely on various warehouse hubs for our products. Should an item you order be out of stock we will contact you and offer a back order delivery time, the choice of another product/colour to the same value or a full refund.
Note: Some orders may be dispatched from different warehouse hubs so multiple packages may be delivered.
Orders for Custom Branded & Custom Manufactured products are quoted separately - depending on the size of the order, factory where branding is being done and location to be delivered to. We will quote all delivery costs and expected ETA upon quote/order.
All returns must be sent back within 10 working days of the invoice date including samples. Returns due to wrongly ordered product/sizes are at the buyers shipping expense.
Customers will be responsible for all freight costs unless the garment(s) received were damaged or wrongly supplied.
All returns MUST be in the original packaging and in re-sellable folded condition, including loose pockets with polos, and cardboard accessories with business shirts.
Embroidered, Printed or digitally transferred products can only be returned where these is a fault with the product.
Goods on sale will not be accepted for returns unless faulty.
